LoudCity wanted to be the go-to destination for creators and listeners of internet radio. It was early 2008, when internet radio existed, but an aggregate of all the quality stations did not. What started as a phone call, turned into identity creation, UX studies, and full site design. There were three goals: Provide an easy path for people wanting to set up a station, make station discovery easy, and make listening more social. Each goal was met by giving LoudCity a simple and beautiful design with clear calls-to-action, an intuitive visual search, and social integration via Facebook on station pages.
